    Your best chance to ski in the Alps – even when snow is uncertain.

    At Club Med, we do everything to ensure you enjoy a worry-free ski holiday. With Snow Serenity, if the snow is missing, we’ll get you back on the slopes.

     

    How it Works

    • If 50% or more of the ski lifts in your resort are closed for at least 2 consecutive days due to lack of snow, you can request Snow Serenity.
    • We’ll offer you a stay in one of our 13 Alpine Resorts (subject to availability) during the same dates.
    • No extra charge if the new resort is more expensive. If it’s cheaper, you’ll be refunded the difference.
    • Activable upon request by the GM.

     

    When it Applies

    • Between 22 November and 21 December 2025
    • From 22 March to 4 May 2026
    • Available from 5 days before arrival until the end of your stay (except Sundays).
    • For all guests (all ages, nationalities, statuses).

    Important Notes

    • The same room category is not guaranteed in the new resort.
    • Transfers between resorts are at the guest’s expense.
    • Sundays are excluded.
    • Written confirmation from the guest is required to validate the change.
    • Stay moved to another Club Med Mountain Resort (same dates & duration, subject to availability).
    • Change confirmed in writing by the guest.
